    RAM Concept V8i Release 5.0.1 Notes

    Recommendations

    RAM Concept V8i Release 5.0.1 is recommended for all projects, except those that are nearing final design.

    Installation Instructions

    RAM Concept V8i Release 5.0.1 can be installed side-by-side with previous release versions of Concept. There is no need to uninstall previous release versions.

    Error Corrections in RAM Concept V8i Release 5.0.1

    Several errors have been corrected, notably:

    • An error that occurred while importing certain CAD objects has been corrected.
    • An error that occurred while creating or updating an ISM model has been corrected.
    • An error that occurred during load history calculations while the generic EC2 code was active has been corrected.
    • Several obscure installer issues have been corrected.

    New Features in RAM Concept V8i Release 5.0

    In addition to numerous minor error corrections and enhancements, RAM Concept V8i Release 5.0 has a number of new features. Refer to the RAM Concept 5.0 Release Notes for additional information about the new features.
