Some Elements Not Exported From RAM Model

    Product(s): Ram Manager
    First Affected Version:
    Found in Version: 14.07.01.01
    Fixed in Version: 15.00.00.00
    Environment: N\A
    Area: Import/Export
    Issue #: N\A

    Problem Description

When I export a RAM Structural System model with Structural Synchronizer some elements are not exported. If you use typical floor types for multiple stories in your RAM model Structural Synchronizer creates new stories in the RAM model for the typical floors. Some elements will not be exported on the duplicated floor levels. These can include decks, camber, stud and reaction data for beams.

    Steps to Resolve

The workaround for this is to use the Update Repository command immediately after creating a new repository. The missing elements will then be exported.
