RAM Manager slow to refresh after closing Ram Connection

Problem Description

After launching and then closing Ram Connection version 11.00.00.164 from Ram Structural System version 15.00.00.000, Ram Manager is slow to refresh, leaving all other modules and actions grayed out for approximately 30 seconds.

Reason

There is a delay getting information from the CONNECTION client.

None, other than waiting.
