    Unsupported Database Version Error RAM Concept Import

    Problem Description

    An error stating "The RAM Database file is version 15.2. Database version 15.3 is required" is displayed when attempting to import a RAM Structural System model into RAM Concept. However, RAM Structural System 15.03.00.000 and RAM Concept v06.01.00.006 is installed.

    Solution

    Perform a clean install of RAM Structural System and RAM Concept using the instructions for each program on this web page below. When reinstalling the programs, install the 64-bit versions of RAM Structural System 15.03.00.000 and RAM Concept 06.01.00.006.
