Problem Description

For a load combination a involving dynamic load case ( like response spectrum, time history ), when member forces are printed in STAAD output using PRINT LOAD ENVELOPE or PRINT MEMBER FORCES commands, incorrect values are reported at the end node. Forces at start and all intermediate sections are reported correctly.

Workaround

The member forces reported in the Post-processing mode ( in the Beam End Forces and Beam Force detail tables ) are correct and may be used.

Solution

This will be addressed in the STAAD.Pro CE release planned for July 2017.
