RAM Structural System is crashing during column design

Ram manager crashes while trying to run the Column Design Module

While trying to run the RAM Column Design module, it spins for few seconds and then RAM Manager crashes.

A dependency named Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition is not installed properly.

Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition is not installed correctly. Please perform the following steps:

Uninstall it from the Programs and Features (Windows Vista/7/8/10) control panel.
Remove either Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 or Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 x64.
Reinstall the component.
Run the RAM Structural System installer (e.g.rss15000000en.exe or rss15000000en_64.exe), and click the Install button next to Microsoft SQL Server v4.0 Compact Edition.
