There are a few basics steps in the process.

Start with a complete concrete model with a flat concrete slab using plates. Include columns or walls and loads in the model at a minimum.

    1. Analyze the model.
    2. Open the Advanced Slab Design workflow
    3. Define one or more Load Envelopes in the Envelopes page
    4. Define one or more concrete slabs in the Slab Design page. Be sure to include connected columns or walls that should be transferred
    5. Use the Export tool to generate the .gcff file
    6. Open Ram Concept and use File - Sync STAAD - New form gcff file

Here's a short video of the process.
