Error Unhandled SQL database exception

Problem Description

When I try to run a module, I get Usage Reporting Error message "Error Unhandled SQL database exception: The underlying provider failed to open." I am logged in to the 'CONNECTION Client"

Solution

This error message pops up if the local license database is corrupted. Please navigate to %LocalAppData%\Bentley\Licensing, and delete any files beginning with LicUsageLog found there..
