Use of Microstran is activated by the use of one or more licenses that are managed by a license server. 

The current licensing system is known as Subscription Entitlement Service which has been introduced in Microstran CONNECT Edition V10. This system has been introduced to provide system administrators a mechanism to better manage their usage and reduce the chances of license over use.
