Problem Description

The software starts, but the user can not access the C-Beam design mode in RAM SBeam 7.

Details

RAM C-Beam is purely accessible by users in USA and CANADA and for AISC Codes. 

Any user outside the said region has to access with Administrative Rights (right click on program icon followed by a click on 'Run as Administrator') .
