The Client was not successfully initialized

      Product(s): Various
      Version(s): CONNECT
      Environment:  All
      Area:  General
Original Author: Payel Sasmal, Bentley Technical Support Group

    Problem Description

When I try to run the software, I get the message "The Client was not successfully initialized."

There have been cases with RAM & other Products, when user is trying to run a module, he/she gets this message.

    Solution

This message pops up if Connection Client fails to install correctly along with the Connect version of the software.

Upgrading the Connection Client to the latest version will resolve the issue.
