ISM menu is missing under the File Menu

      Product(s): RAM Structural System
      Version(s): 17.3
      Environment: N/A
      Area: Import/Export
      Subarea: N/A

    Problem

I recently upgraded to version 17.3 of RAM Structural Systems and noticed that the ISM menu is now missing under the File Menu. We us this process to convert RAM Structures models into Revit.

    Solution

The ISM repository commands have been reorganized and renamed. The functionality can now be accessed by invoking the Bentley Cloud Services – iTwin Services command.

When invoked, the iTwins Services interface will replace this panel. You can toggle between Synchronizing the model to or from the Cloud or Synchronizing the model to or from a local file. A screen will pop-up in the right.

You can select either Pull from File (bring an ism) and Push from file  (this will create a new ism file).
