I have installed a Russian language pack of STAAD.Pro, however, some tables or dialogs in the Graphical User Interface are showing question marks (?????) or some unexpected characters. How to resolve this?
Solution:
In order to see the Russian characters in the GUI once the Russian STAAD.Pro version is installed, it is required to change the System Locale to Russian as well as set the Windows Display language to Russian in the Language Settings.
