Is there any option to disregard the contribution of concrete in resisting shear for beam when IS: 13920 is used?

As per IS 13920 2016 code, clause 6.3.4 (c) we need to exclude the concrete in RC section while calculating the shear capacity of RC beams. This has been already implemented in the product. Once we check the ductile design option, the program ignores the concrete part in shear design.
