Q. How to add a new level in an existing model?

Ans.- This can be done in the 3d Workspace. First, you need to go to workspace and click on new plan.

Now, you can create the new plan you want to add like you do for a new file.

Once done you can now go again to workspace and click on 3D frame. This will open the 3D frame window.

In the new window go to Assign and click on Level properties. The shortcut is also highlighted. This will open up a new tab.

Here you need to add a new level and the new level will be shown as highlighted.

Now using the options from dropdown you can assign and rearrange the different levels as per your need. Once done click on OK.

Now you will be able to see the new level also in 3D view.

In that plan, you need go to menu View> Plan Properties.

On clicking on "Plan Properties", a new window pops-up and you can edit height of floor level there as shown below. You can edit height of floor level associated with than plan from there.

You need to finalise the plan in order to get it reflected in 3D model.
