RAM Structural System is using SQL Compact 4 database

RAM Structural System is using SQL Compact 4 which is not supported by Microsoft anymore. Is there a version of the software that relies on a newer database system or is there a workaround?

There is no immediate plan to migrate to another database. As a workaround, please install SQL Compact 4 SP1 and RAM Structural System. This has been tested in several machines at our end.
