In RAM Connection, Beam Splice (BS) Joints can be created with the following configurations:

In addition to the connection specific options listed in the table above, the following member configuration can be customized for beam-splice connections for shear reactions can be customized in the connection pad:

Centered: The alignment of the right beam and left beam can be customized in the Connection Pad:

In RAM Connection, axial forces can be assigned to the beam splice as follows:

Tension: Positive Axial Force
Compression: Negative Axial Force
