Question:

During foundation design sliding check is not performing by the software even after including it in the design. This have been commented by client during the review of the calculation report that sliding check is missing from the calculation report.

Answer:

This is a reporting issue for sliding check.
Currently, RCDC is presenting the load combination for sliding check for which the Factor of Safety for Sliding comes to be ZERO.
So, we suggest that Unselect the Load Combinations for Sliding check for whom the FOS turns out to be ZERO.
RCDC has the option to select the load combinations separately for sliding, overturning, and buoyancy checks. When you select the Sliding check, RCDC performs this check for all selected Sliding load combinations but currently it is presenting the Load Combination whose FOS for sliding is zero.
You can check the report "Pressure Check" where the FOS for all load combinations is presented.
After that, just unselect all those combinations whose FOS is zero for sliding and then again perform auto design. This time RCDC will present the correct combination in the design calculation report.
