Question:

The file/view/design etc. menu along the top is gone.. All my toolboxes are out of Wack and not in their usual position anymore:

 

Solution:

Open Microstran and Press Alt V and T simultaneously.  You will see the options as shown in the image below, then customize these and click on reset .

OR

Uninstall Microstran and delete the same through Registry Editor located at

Computer-->Hkey Current User--> Software-->Bentley-->Microstran-->Microstran Connect edition
