How to check old Support Cases in ServiceNow?

Follow the below mentioned steps:

       1. Log into Bentley Cloud Services ; click on My Cases as shown below.

  1. My cases will bring the following page.
  2. Enter your case number and you will be able to navigate to the list of all the cases you have created in ServiceNow.:
