Problem: Is there a way to convert an element(s) that have been drawn in MicroStation into an alignment element or can I convert multiple elements (drawn in MicroStation) that are connected into an alignment? There are times when MicroStation is used to do a preliminary design using tangent lines.
Solution: Add your graphic to a selection set. Within Import Geometry> From Graphics select; Resolve Gaps, Join Elements and All Selected Elements Added to Single Alignments before you select Apply. This will ensure that your individual elements are now represented as one continuous alignment.
