2. On the General tab, uncheck “Read-Only”, select Apply and then OK. When prompted to Confirm Attribute Changes, toggle on "Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files" and select OK. If prompted, select Continue on the Access Denied dialog and Ignore All on the Error Applying Attributes dialog.
3. Try to launch the product.
4. If the message still appears, go to the Windows Start menu and right-click on the icon used to launch the product. From the pop-up menu select Properties. On the Compatibility tab, toggle on “Run as Administrator”. Restart the computer and launch InRoads.
