Perhaps I'm jumping the gun, but I'm eager and https://docs.bentley.com/LiveContent/ does not currently have an entry for ORD 2021 R1.
yep, looks like the documentation for the 2021 releases havent gone live yet.

It's promising it's based on the latest power platform CE Update 16 and not, as previous versions often, one version behind MicroStation.
