I am trying to perform cross slope analysis using SS3. In SS2 you could put Roadway Designer into Overlay Mode to generate cross slope optimization reports. I cannot find the button to push that would do something similar in SS3 08.11.09.674 .
Does the function exist in this version?
The Cross Slope Optimization command has not been developed in the SS3 products yet, so for now we might have to see if any of the other reporting options might get you the data you need. One report I often use to get cross slopes is the "TransverseFeature.XSL" report that is generated by the Station Base Report command.

Kevin,
Do we need to export proposed terrain model to DTM to run TransverseFeature.XLS report and get cross slopes between features?
Cross slope optimization tool was a great tool, I miss that a lot. A workaround to get existing superelevation lines in OpenRoads is quite time consuming and its a pity that superelevation diagram is not editable as it was in Roadway Designer.
This can easily be accomplished with SS2 or SS3 tools using the steps as follows:
Create a Corridor along the baseline of survey or centerline
Use a basic eval template similar to the one shown with all points set to Project to Surface
Use the RD or Corridor Results Report option and Choose the TemplateDropConstraints.xsl
