Corridor In 2D

Question

Hey, 
 When we create the corridor or Terrain model in 2D file, we notice that the file create reference (Default 3D) with its own name.

Someone know why ?

I believe that is normal behavior when you work in a 2d file.

Hi Assaf, 
 The SS3 Civil software automatically creates the 3D objects (in a 3D model) as you design in the 2D model. 
 If you layout a horizontal alignment and then create a proposed profile for that alignment, as soon as you make that profile active, a 3D element is automatically generated (in a 3D model) that is the representation of those 2 2D entities. 
 As you add a template to your alignment, the 3D solids are generated in the 3D model automatically. 
 That 3D model is automatically attached as a reference to your 2D model. 
 This is what you are seeing.
