&lt;p&gt;I haven’t been able to reproduce this error (still trying) and would life for you to try the following if you haven’t already. Remove InRoads, launch MicroStation and ensure there are no errors there. Reinstall InRoads without Subsurface Utility Engineering. &amp;nbsp;Launch InRoads and ensure there are no errors, if so please make note of those for me. &amp;nbsp;Next, within the Control Panel, run Change on InRoads, Modify and add Subsurface Utility Engineering (with subfolders) and then launch InRoads.&lt;/p&gt;
