Our project is about 70km long and will be broken up into a number of sections (about four sections). Each section will have multiple interchanges and possibly separate control lines.
We need advice on how to manage the dgn file structure for working with OpenRoads. The issues are:
Any advise would be much appreciated.

Thanks. This document does go a long way to answer some of my questions.
The one that is left unanswered is the one about linking your separate stages (Corridors and alignments) together.
Should we use a single alignment for the whole job for station control and producing cross sections?
This is my opinion but I do not for see any issue with one single project centric alignment for station control and sections. In the end your producing a 3D model that you then cut sections through. Those sections can be based off of any alignment you choose. When creating the model via the corridor tools or other tools you can use multiple alignments to accomplish that. Again in the end you can generate sections off of any baseline alignment that runs along the model path.
