Is it possible to pass the name of a civil cell along with the keyin "geometry civilcell place" so you can bypass the "Place Civil Cell" dialog and go directly to the placement of the defined civil cell? This would allow you to create a civil cell webpage with a description of the cell and a link for direct placement.
I tried it a few times and got a .Net error dialog but I'm hoping I just had the syntax wrong.

There is currently no way to bypass with a key in (as in placing a basic MicroStation cell) I will log a feature request for this.
