Is there is a way to display the left and right edge pavement elevations of the proposed surface under the profile as shown in the picture attached

Inroads SS2
You will need to display the Edge of Pavement features as Projected Features in the profile using the Update Profile command. Then you can annotate the elevations of the displayed features using the Annotate Profile command.
