Create New Template Material missing ?

In inroads V.8.7 when i create a new template and than go to "style" for choosing the material there i see misng materials such as Asphalt, Base etc .. is there any method to add materials ? becouse when i navigate to templates already included with the software there are layers with Asphalt and base material . Thank you
