Stroke tolerance on linear features

Question

Is there a way in SS3 to stroke linear features by Feature- rather than having to use a global setting in the configuration?

There is NO way to set stroking based on a civil feature. You can however select the element you want to change stroking on, then use element information or element properties to set the stroking for "Linear" "curve" and "profile" on the individual element. 
 
Note if the element is a complex you may need to drill into the individual elements to reset the stroking values
