I am trying to work on a profile in Geopak and then import the vertical alignment into SS3 OpenRoads to an existing horizontal alignment. Every time I try to import, a new horizontal alignment is created. Is there a way to import a profile to an existing horizontal alignment?
A profile is tied to a horizontal in SS3 OpenRoads so it will come in with one.

Are there any plans to change this? As it works now, if I want to bring in another profile to view with the alignment, a duplicate horizontal alignment is created as previously stated. Now we have two horizontal alignments in the file and a duplicate chain in the Geopak COGO database. Why not create the ability to link the imported profile to the existing horizontal alignment?
