Working Alignment Definition Defaults

Question

Could someone tell me how to set default levels, scales, etc... in the Working Alignment Definition dialogue menu? I have to repetitively populate these fields for every project I set up. I understand some fields are different for each project, but I would like to have some things set when I start a new Project. 
 
 Ex... The Lv Names: should be the same for any project along with the Placement Symbology.

You could set them up and then copy the file from the projdbs folder (FileName.008) to your new project folder

and the projdbs folder or at least the .008 file in that folder and place it in another projdbs folder for the new project. By the way some people set up an entire default project and then copy the project and users and projdbs folder when starting a new project so that they have a starting set of settings.

the file name has to match the pm project name.
