This was filed as Defect 132286, and the fix will be available in the next Maintenance Release.&lt;br /&gt;

As a workaround, you should be able to do the following:&lt;br /&gt;
1.) cut and paste the &amp;quot;GDOT&amp;quot; settings from your DGNLIB into the current DGN file. &lt;br /&gt;
2.) switch to the Survey tab in the Project Explorer and right-click on the Model and select Properties.  Then choose the &amp;quot;GDOT&amp;quot; settings as the Current Settings for the model.&lt;br /&gt;
3.) switch back to the Civil Standards tab and delete the &amp;quot;Settings&amp;quot; now that it is not the Current Settings.&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
