Labeling Station Offsets

Question

I am trying to label a large group of points with Station/Offsets. 
 I am aware and familiar of the command located in Drafting > Place Plan Note. 
 However, I would like to label the set of points at one time instead of manually selecting each COGO point. Does anyone know of a method to do this? Please share.

Geometry Points can only annotate the Point Name, Description, Style, Northing, Easting, and Elevation which is controlled by the style assigned to the cogo point. So if you tried to use the Horizontal Annotation to annotate the points it will not include an offset. We don't store the offset value on the points because is a calculated value from the active horizontal alignment so it would have to be done through a command which can compute and annotate the offset. 
 
1. You can report all the cogo points through the Tools > XML Reports > Clearance Report, using the baseline as the horizontal geometyr and include all the cogo points. This report will include the Point Name, Offset, Elevation, Northing, Easting. So you could recreate the cogo buffer (or import into a new geometry project) using the Text Import Wizard and use the Offset field as a "Description". So you are essentially storing the offset from alignment as the description on the points. Then you can run the Horizontal Annotation and include the Description (aka Offset) and Elevation under the annotation Style for the Geometry Point and annotate all the cogo points. 
 
2. You can convert the geometry point to surface random features and use the Surface > View Surface > Annotate Features command and for the Points you can include the Station, Offset, Elevation, etc. to annotate the points. In order to convert to a surface feature, you will again need to report the information through the Clearance report, save the report to text format, use the Text Import Wizard to import into a DTM, and then you can run the annotation on the random feature points. The downside to this is when you create the random feature through the Text Import Wizard, all the point names will not be stored because we will store 1 surface feature name and the points will be part of that named feature. This may not matter if you do not want to annotate the Point Name, but if you want the ability to filter and annotate only specific groups of points, you will not be able to do this using this method. Suggestion 1 may be the easiest and fastest method, but this does give another option.
