I have been able to reproduce this issue with multiple datasets. I have filed a defect for this issue. The defect number is 151755.

I can reproduce that and just wonder if it is only the matter of refreshing values in element Properties tool or there is some kind of deeper problem and diferent element is calculated by civil product and Microstation engin displays sth else.

Wouldn't it be more reliable if you recreate similar design scenario on your own? Anyway, I will send you the dgn tomorrow.

Can you please upload the DGN that you used to create this video so I can test this issue and get a defect logged if necessary?
