GeoPAK ReadChain Error

It appears they were having similar errors and were able to fix them by rebooting their server. I have contacted my system administrator to reboot our server. I will keep you posted.

I uninstalled and re-installed GeoPAK by running as administrator as well as restarted our servers and still received the system fault 5 error...

are you using any custom workspaces? if so, can you try with the default/untitled workspace.
can you also describe exactly what your steps are?

Yes we are using a custom workspace provided by our client. It can be found below.

When I tried the same operations in GeoPAK using the default/untitled workspace I did not receive the system fault 5 error but it appeared GeoPAK did nothing.

The steps I am taking are as follows:
1) Open GeoPAK Civil Engineering Suite (I have my system setup to open it as administrator)
2) Open GeoPAK via Applications > GeoPAK > Activate GeoPAK
3) My system is setup to open GeoPAK survey automatically so I will use the GeoPAK Survey menu to open my project as I am editing survey data.
4) Once my project is loaded, using the GeoPAK survey menu I will access Geometry > Points > Edit
5) I will select the point I want to change the feature type
6) Click on update
7) Then GeoPAK locks up and i receive the system fault 5 error
