When importing an alignment with General Geometry Import, from a .gpk, one of my advanced users is getting a message stating "Horzontal contains too many elements for civil rule creation." What does this mean and what are the impacts?

For the record, not everyone has the same directory structure. What does the .. ideally represent in ..\Bentley\WorkSpace\Projects\Examples\Bentley-Civil-Imperial.pcf? In my configuration, I had to run "dir /s /b *.pcf" on the command line. I found Workspace\Projects\Examples\ in a different tree, one that has no mention of Bentley. Further, the exact pcf you'll need to include these lines in is found at _USTN_PROJECTCFG. By default, variables like this are hidden. The best way I've found to access _USTN_ variables is communities.bentley.com/.../256151. Alternatively, communities.bentley.com/.../8879.msdebug-file.
