There are no Cross Section Cell to process with regards to current settings.

it should have nothing to do with microstation. you have to make sure that if you are using pattern lines, the pattern lines match the existing xs in the dgn. try using pattern by station and see if it works.

It still gives me the same message when I use the pattern by station option. It produces just the cross section with the left and right offset coordinates but does not show existing ground.

Here is a solution we had from July, 2013:
No XS Cells to Process:
Receiving a message saying "There are no Cross Section Cells to process with regards to current
settings."
Redraw the pattern lines associated with the problem cross sections then attempt existing cross
sections again OR draw the cross sections using stations instead of dgn file.
OR
On the cross section in question 36+15.00 there are 2 existing ground line segments, one left of cl & one
right that are blue, they're on the wrong level, the color is fine but change them to the existing ground
level and it should run.

I found what the problem was.

The name of the directory where the files were being saved and referenced from apparently was causing an error. The folder name was "Fire station No. 4" and when I deleted the period in front of "No." the cross sections ran. Thanks for the help!
