I keep getting the message "There are no Cross Section Cell to process with regards to current settings" on GEOPAK when i try to draw my existing ground cross sections. It does allow me to place the cross sections but the existing ground does not show up (Image below). and gives me the error window displayed.
I saw a similar problem posted before that said that Microstation had to be updated to the latest version but I am currently running MS Version 08.11.09.578 and GEOPAK version 08.11.09.674 which is what is recommended.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?

yeah, one of our users had a comma in their file path. removing the comma fixed our problem too.
