How to fill gap in TIN?

I use Microstation V8i Select series 2 and GEOPAK. I've created a TIN from survey data, but the data shots  in a few small areas are not close enough, there fore they didn't triangulate between them.  I know I could redo the processing and set the tolerance farther, but the TIN has already had quite a bit of manual cleaning up, so I don't want to redo anything.  Is there a way to manually have the software triangulate between theses points?

  • Are you saying that these points do not have any triangles to them at all?
If yes, then I'd suggest that those points had been set to "do not triangulate" within the Survey codes.
The triangulation engine will triangulate every valid point, no matter what side length settings you may have in place.

    Following on from Nico's suggestion.
The TIN Edit tools will allow you to add breaklines. You could add breaklines to those points and that should give you the triangulation you seek.
It's sounds like it would be the same as the C3D tool you mentioned.
