So I have all my proposed cross sections run and plotted. Now I'm trying to plot the limits of construction so I can figure out where my proposed ROW will be. When I try to run the Limits of construction Tool i get the following error:

The proposed grade line (Brown) clearly intersects the existing ground line yet for some reason it will not detect it on any cross section. I have defined the correct level and properties for the existing ground line and the proposed finish grade because when i press display it highlights the right elements. I also tried different tolerance values but it did not make any difference. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thank you
