For a while, I believe it was fixed. But recently, I noticed it has returned.
Sometimes, when opened, the Point List Dialog Box opens taller than will fit on the screen. A sure fire workflow is when you are in the template editor and have pressed on of the buttons that allows you to pick a point or component and before you complete the pick and are returned to the dialog box, the Autosave kicks in. When it is done, you are still being prompted to DP or RST in the status bar, but nothing will work. You get the error beep but Esc, Enter, data point, reset, etc. do not allow you to continue. That's when I am looking for the dtmback files, irdback files, etc. to recover what I can after using task manager to kill things. And if you are in PW, its even a bigger pain as these files are buried in the shadow directories!

RE: Template Editor Ss2 Old Bug is Back in Point List Dialog Box

Your solution is way more simple than mine, which was to chop off the registry key!

RE: Template Editor Ss2 Old Bug is Back in Point List Dialog Box

Chuck ...thanks for the reminder about this. I knew that once upon a time but forgot it. ; ) That same thing happens to me all the time with the Component Quantities tool in the Roadway Designer but the solution is just to keep closing the Roadway Designer and reopening it until the Quantity tool opens normally.
