Is there a setting that changes the color of annotations to flag it when a point has been changed? It will only do this after closing the file and going back in later. I'll attach a data set that I'm using, the .dgn I was using, and our Survey Feature Codes- but if I create a new file I can change the Feature code of any point and use the Redraw tool with no effect on the annotation color. If I close the file and go right back in and do the same thing the annotations' color will change to 0.

We have several, and I'm not sure which one it would be. I'll attach one and if it is not correct I'll have to get with the person that handles that to get the right one.
