I'm experiencing a frustrating issue dealing with openroads horizontal geometry elements that have an interval element applied to them as a result of modification trim command. If I add profile data to this alignment, either drawing with vertical geometry tools or adding a surface profile, everything looks correct in profile view except the profile begins at the beginning of the horizontal element before trimming/interval applied. This is fine, I understand that the underlying geometry still exists when intervals are applied. But, when utilizing these profile elements in corridor point controls the elevation pulled from the profile is wrong. The corridor point control finds the station value off the horizontal element as if the interval doesn't exist, and pulls the elevation from profile based on the incorrect stationing.
I've submitted a SR yesterday with "critical" level, but have not had a response yet. Can anyone duplicate this behavior?

Any news on that. It lloks this problem, or a similar one still persist. PRofile for trimmed elements seems to be shifted by a trimmed prortion. no matter if you just trimmed some lenght at the end with microstation tools or used arc between elements and trimmed a section in a middle of element. Is it a known issue, is it adressed to be fixed, or is is WAD?

i Can confirm this has been fixed in .878 I recently had a fresh install where .872 was incorrectly and found this thread. It was fixed immediately on installing .878
