With Accusnap toggled on, I cannot tentative snap with near point, center, intersection, tangent, or perpendicular (Accusnap does find the correct snap point but even if I tentative, when I move away from the element the snap is lost). I can tentative to the other snaps (i.e. key point, mid point, origin, bisector) with no problem. These differences correlate with whether the tentative hint is displayed (tentative snap works) or the thick yellow "X" is displayed (tentative snap does not work). However, if I select one of the "non-working" snaps and tentative click outside of a element first, then tentative on the element, the tentative point locks. By doing a tentative in open space first, Accusnap seems to be temporarily disabled and does not try to identify the snap location with the yellow "X". Likewise, if I toggle Accusnap off I am able to tentative to any point. My coworkers do not have this issue but I have been unable to find the appropriate setting to change. Any solutions out there? Try right clicking on the Accusnap icon in the snaps toolbar and choose Settings. See if the settings are enabled like the screenshot. On the Feel tab you can change some settings to affect the sensativity.

More info on problem: seems to occur when GEOPAK is active, regardless of user workspace (including "examples"); tentative works as expected in Microstation alone. GEOPAK version: V8i SS3 08.11.09.722. Not sure how to attach a file but here goes attempt #1.
