Can any one tell how to extend the reconstruction portion to the end of existing carriageway portion as shown in the figure, in limit string existing strings are not appearing, how to take existing edges strings to limit strings

Widening of existing road requires overlaying on existing BT surface.If this can be done using DESIGN>PAVEMENT & SUBGRADE DESIGN (and not requiring PAVEMENT & SUBGRADE DESIGN (TO EXISTING PAVEMENT)), please let me know.
