I am having issues creating a surface out of my model. The end conditions seem to be hitting the correct spot, but after that the created surface is going straight down like it's trying to tie to another surface. Can anybody help?

RE: Create Surface Corridor Modelor

Especially if the elevation of those bottom points is 0, it is probably a mistake of the graphical filter used to create your terrain. You'll need to filter out those lines in some way, or--since it looks like a boundary element--maybe use Drape Boundary rather than straight Boundary.

RE: Create Surface Corridor Modelor

It looks like you may have an offsetted(sic) boundary that you have included in your tin as well as the triangles.

RE: Create Surface Corridor Modelor

I am using V8i SS3, Geopak SS2.
When I create the surface in modeler the TIN it generates does not match the DTM. It only generates a handful of triangles. The triangles you see in the image attached are generated from dropping the mesh, extracting graphics, and building a tin.
Thanks for looking in to this for me!

RE: Create Surface Corridor Modelor

could you tell us what product you are using? what version?
