Inroads drainage SDB file editing outside of Inroads

I have two separate inroads drainage files that were created for two separate drainage systems (A & B) of a project. Now, I am trying to analyze them together since system B outfalls into a manhole in System A.

Is there a way to merge these two separate inroads files into one file in Inroads?

In the past I have been able to open the sdb files in MSAccess and do operations like merge/delete records. Ever since I received an update to MS Access 2013 and I am unable to open the sdb in MS Access. I could probably have IT give me an older version of MS Access and I can go back to my old method.

However, I would like to know if there is an option in Inroads to merge two sdb files.

Yes, I was able to use Access 2007 to edit and add records to the SDB.  I was then able to open the edited file in Inroads. But I ran into a glitch there. Even though the inlets that I copied into the edited database shows up in the list (IN-70W2084), Inroads shows a warning message saying the structure was not found in the open database. I can't edit or analyze this structure. I have pasted the screenshot below.

I wonder if I can get that functionality if I use Access 95 to edit the SDB.
