I have been using GEOPAK SS3 and SS4 to process our survey information for a couple years now. I initially linked our pre-OpenRoads smd to SS3 via exporting to an xml, etc. Everything seems to be working fine exept for the symbology of some of the survey information, and it's been bugging me since I set it up. It would like it to appear in SS3/SS4 like it does in SS2, with the point code directly under the elevation (on the description level), and the comment (only if there is one) directly to the left of the point code (on the comment level). Compare Point 2987 in SS2:
In SS4 the point code ends up on the comment level and to the lower left of the point, and the comment (if there is one) ends up on the description level and to the lower right of the point. It seems like the comment and the point code switched places in SS4. Here is Point 2987 in SS4.
How do I correct this? Do I need to change something in the SMD file?
